Care partner/med tech
Care Partner: The primary purpose of the Care Partner position is to interact directly with residents, provide comfort, assist in monitoring/obtaining vital signs, assist with daily living needs, and routine nursing care per the resident’s assessment and care plan or as directed by management.
Med tech: The primary purpose of the Medication Technician is for maintaining a safe and secure delivery of medications and health-related items to the residents within a Community. The Med Tech assists in developing, coordinating, and performing the tasks on the service plan according to the resident’s preferences and abilities.
Housekeeper
Maintaining overall cleanliness, tidiness, and appearance of the Community including common areas and resident apartments per service plan agreements.
Routinely performs duties safely and conscientiously. Able to follow instructions, accept constructive criticism, work harmoniously with others, work varied shifts, able to work with ill, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset residents. Must know professional cleaning equipment and supplies.
